We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located just next to the JR West station. The location was very convenient for us as it made it easy to explore different areas in Osaka. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and we were impressed by the well-maintained facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, as they managed to arrange two rooms just beside each other for our family. The breakfast options were diverse, with both Western and Japanese choices, and it provided great value for money. Additionally, there were several restaurants and a supermarket nearby, allowing us to conveniently access dining options and purchase any necessities.
All was good.

Hotel located next to a supermarket and a drugstore. Public parking nearby was provided. We appreciated staying at kishibe. Recommended base for a city trip in Suita...

The location of this hotel is fantastic - right beside the train station! It's so convenient for exploring Osaka and getting to other nearby cities like Kyoto. The rooms are well-equipped with good amenities and even have double glazed windows to minimize noise from the station. Another great aspect is the breakfast included every morning, with a choice of either Western or Japanese style. It's a great value for money option.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was perfect.

It is a very convenient location.
Usually the hotel staff are very friendly but this past time they seemed too busy to be friendly.

Very convenient.
It is good that the restaurant is now non-smoking from 7-9 am but it would be good if it was also non-smoking for lunchtime. I always get a non-smoking room but almost always there is strong cigarette smoke in the hallways.

I had a really great time staying at this hotel in Osaka. the location is fantastic - right next to the Kishibe train station, which made getting around the city super easy. The double glazed windows in the rooms provided a peaceful atmosphere with a great view of the station. Secondly, the amenities provided were top-notch. From the basic necessities to the small details, everything was taken care of. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was a nice touch. Having the choice between Western and Japanese style cuisine made for a delightful start to the day.
No significant issues, everything was alright.

Good service with Traditional hospitality values; close (but not too close) to Osaka, close to JR and not far from Hankyu Express too. Quite a Lot of local shops nearby, and the room is much bigger for same price compared to Osaka city centre
Would be nice if there is wifi at rooms

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station. the room was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for my stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring I had a great experience from check-in to check-out. the breakfast served at the hotel's café was delicious and offered a variety of options to start the day off right.
That the WiFi was not available in the rooms, but this was a minor inconvenience considering all the other positive aspects of the hotel.

Very convenient location close to railway station. 24 hours shop within about 300 m distance. Nice Japanese style breakfast for afordable price. Western style breakfast is dull and too Americanised.
